I don't see the item I want.

We may have the item you are looking for, even if it's not currently listed on our site. We carry a wide selection of styles and colors, but we may not show everything on our site for reasons such as seasonality or inventory issues. If you do not see what you are looking for on our site, please email us at info@curioclothing.com and we just may have what you are looking for!

How quickly will my order be processed?

We process orders placed by 11 am PST on non-holiday weekdays within 1 to 2 business days. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or US federal holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed the following business day. In rare cases when the inventory is being transferred from another warehouse, the order may take longer to process.

Can I cancel/change my order?

We process and complete orders as quickly as possible. If you would like to change or cancel your order, send an email to info@curioclothing.com as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request. We cannot change or cancel an order once it has been shipped.

How do I apply a discount code to my order?

Once you’ve placed the items you wish to purchase in your cart, click on Shopping Bag at the top right of the page, then click on Check Out. On the right side of the checkout page, there will be a text box where you can enter your discount code. You must type in the discount code exactly as it appears on the promotion (watch out for typos!). Click Apply to see your total including the discount. If you’re having trouble applying a discount code, please send an email to info@curioclothing.com.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number for your shipment. Once it’s been processed by the shipping carrier, you can click the tracking number to see an estimated date of arrival. If you do not receive the emails, please check your spam folder. If they are in your spam folder, please make sure that you add the email address info@curioclothing.com as a contact so that you will receive all order-related emails in your inbox in the future.

I received my order and an item was damaged.

Each item goes through a strict quality-control process, but on rare occasions issues occur due to human error. If you've received a damage item, please email us at info@curioclothing.com with a brief description of the damage along with pictures and we will follow up with you as soon as possible.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Yes, we periodically offer discounts and special promotions. The best way to stay up to date is by receiving our email newsletter. You can sign up by filling out the form at the bottom of the Focus Clothing homepage.

What shipping options do you have?

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $75 and up within the contiguous United States. For orders under $75 or to locations outside the contiguous US, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and shipping address. With standard shipping, your order should arrive within 3-8 business days.

We also offer expedited delivery options: USPS Priority Mail arrives within 2-3 business days and USPS Priority Mail Express arrives within 1-2 business days. Expedited shipping rates depend on your location and items ordered. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging with tags attached. Please note that some items are not eligible for return, such as final sale items. To see our full return policy, click here.

How do I make a return?

To make a return, you can use your preferred shipping method to mail your item(s) to us, in which case you will be responsible for the shipping fee. As an alternative, we can provide you with a prepaid mailing label, in which case we will deduct a flat fee of $8 from your refund to cover the cost of shipping. Attach the label and mail the item(s) to the address below:

When we receive your package, we will process your refund and send you a confirmation email. A credit should be applied to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.

What is your exchange policy?

We currently do not offer exchanges for items unless they were damaged when you received them. If you would like to order a new size, color, or style, please follow our return process and place a new order as desired.

What size should I order?

We carry missy brands that run a little roomier than most brands. We include measurements for most of our styles on their respective product page, which will provide you with the most accurate measurements. You can also check out our Sizing Guide to get an idea of what sizes you may need in general for each brand we carry. If you come across an item that doesn't have the measurements listed, please send us an email at info@curioclothing.com and we'll be happy to help you find the correct size.
